1. Definitions and Scope
In this document, "bd rum", "platform", "we" or "our" refers to the bdrum.cam website and its associated Android and iOS mobile applications. "User", "member" or "you" refers to any person who has registered or is using this platform.
These terms and conditions apply to all services on the bd rum platform, including casino games, sports betting, live casino, virtual games and other entertainment activities. Using any part of the platform means you accept these terms.
Alongside these terms and conditions, bd rum's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines apply equally and are considered an integral part of this document. In the event of any conflict, these main terms and conditions will take precedence.
2. Account Registration
To create an account on bd rum, you must provide accurate and complete information. Your username, password, email and mobile number must all be correct. An account created with false information may be cancelled at any time.
2.1 One Account Policy
Each person may create and operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be cancelled and all balances and bonuses will be forfeited. The user is solely responsible for the security and accuracy of their account information.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
In the interest of security and fraud prevention, bd rum may request identity verification documents at any time. You may be asked to submit a copy of your National ID or passport and proof of address. Failure to provide the required documents in time may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

3. Age Limit and Eligibility
The bd rum platform is strictly not for anyone under the age of 21. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. Creating an account with a false age is a direct violation of these terms.
In addition, you must place bets on your own account — betting on behalf of or as a representative of someone else is not permitted. Professional players, coaches or referees who are directly involved in a match may not place bets on that specific match.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
bd rum supports the payment methods commonly used in Bangladesh. bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank and other major banks) can be used for both deposits and withdrawals.
4.1 Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for all methods)
- Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name
- Deposits through a third party are not accepted
- Successful deposits will be credited to your account instantly
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour
- Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit
- Large withdrawal requests may be held for review if verification has not been completed
- bd rum may carry out additional checks on suspicious or unusual transactions

5. Bonuses and Promotions
bd rum offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated in the offer description. Accepting a bonus means you are required to follow the associated terms.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% first-deposit bonus, up to ৳8,000. To withdraw the bonus amount, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳2,000 bonus (total balance ৳3,000), and you must wager ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000.
5.2 General Bonus Rules
- A bonus can be claimed only once, unless the offer states otherwise
- In cases of bonus abuse or fraudulent claims, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled
- Requesting a withdrawal before meeting the account's wagering requirements will result in the bonus being cancelled
- VIP members will receive weekly cashback according to their tier
6. Betting and Gaming Rules
On bd rum, all bet and game results are considered final unless a technical error is proven. For sports betting, a bet cannot be cancelled after a match has started, unless in-play betting is active.
6.1 Sports Betting
- Odds shown before a match starts are not final — they may change up until kickoff or the toss
- If a match is abandoned or postponed, all bets are generally refunded, though the rules for the specific sport will apply
- In a multi-bet, if one selection is cancelled, the remaining selections will still be considered
- bd rum reserves the right to correct any odds errors
6.2 Casino Games
All casino games (slots, live casino, table games) are powered by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair outcomes. Each game's RTP and volatility information can be seen in the game lobby.
7. Prohibited Activities
The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the bd rum platform. Participating in these activities will result in the immediate closure of your account and all funds may be forfeited.
- Creating multiple accounts or operating someone else's account
- Abusing bonuses or attempting to meet wagering requirements through artificial means
- Betting on fixed or predetermined outcomes (match-fixing)
- Attempting to hack an account or gain unauthorised access to the system
- Money laundering or using the platform to transact funds from illegal sources
- Using automated bots or scripts to play games or place bets
- Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform
- Harassing or engaging in offensive behaviour towards other users
8. Account Suspension and Closure
bd rum reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, for any reason and without prior notice, particularly in cases of violation of these rules.
8.1 Closure at User Request
If a user wishes to close their own account, please contact the support team. Any valid balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed.
8.2 Self-Exclusion

9. Privacy and Data Protection

11. Technical Issues
If a game or bet is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection, server issue or software error, bd rum will resolve the transaction based on saved records.
If incorrect odds or an incorrect payout is displayed due to a technical error, bd rum reserves the right to void that bet or game result. In such cases, the original stake amount will be refunded. Attempting to take advantage of errors is considered a prohibited activity.

12. Intellectual Property and Ownership
All content on the bd rum platform — logos, designs, software, text, graphics and other elements — is the intellectual property of bd rum. Copying, distributing or modifying these elements without permission, other than for personal use, is prohibited.
Intellectual property related to game content belongs to the game studio or developer that created it — bd rum operates solely as their authorised distributor.
13. Limitation of Liability
bd rum aims to provide uninterrupted and error-free service on its platform, but is not liable for losses caused by technical issues, problems with third-party services or unforeseen circumstances.
Participating in gambling is your own decision and at your own risk. Losses are the user's own responsibility — bd rum accepts no liability in this regard. All betting and gaming decisions are entirely your own.
14. Terms & Conditions Changes
bd rum reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For important changes, registered users will be notified by email or in-platform notification.
